Treatment: Full mouth reconstruction using porcelain veneers and crowns Orin initially came to our office because he felt like he couldn’t see his teeth when he smile. He was also having difficulty chewing. He wanted his confidence back. After discussing his condition and his options, he elected to have his teeth fully restored back to their appropriate size. His treatment started with a minor surgery to expose more of his natural teeth. We then placed crowns and veneers on his upper and lower teeth at the proper bite and height. Finally he was fitted with a sleep apnea appliance to wear at night to help correct his sleep. He took his new found confidence and decided he wanted to get as healthy as possible. To date, he has lost more than 60 pounds and even started a new job as a musical director. It’s amazing what a smile can do to your confidence.
